Promotion Campaign:
To insure that EDUCATION LIBYA 2010 achieves wide recognition and coverage, the campaign will be comprehensive, targeted and informative. The activities of this campaign will include:
Direct invitation to education professionals.
Direct invitations to government departments, industrial and commercial educational interests.
Direct mails, emails & faxes targeted to specialized trade and professionals.
Advertising in major newspapers & magazines in Libya.
Advertising in national radio, FM and TV.
SMS - text messages to 1 million mobile phones in Libya.
Outdoor advertising and street banners.
Street billboards.
Telemarketing.
Promotion through the internet.
Print & Fliers.

Cost of participation
Minimum stand Area (3 x 3 = 9 m2) The Cost is & 390/m2,
WeWe offer 10% discount for early registration before 1st August, 2010.

 

Stand Price includes:

Electrical power supply (220V) one pin socket.
Four spot lights.
Furniture: two chairs + one table.
Accessories: one waste paper basket.
Company name & logo on the stand (Official Board).
Daily stand cleaning and guarding (depends on the size of
   stand).
Exhibition badges cards.
Promotion Campaign.
Listings in the official catalogue.

 

Cost Of Sponsorship:
Gold Sponsorship - $ 12,500.00
Silver Sponsorship – $ 10,500.00
Bronze Sponsorship - $ 7,500.00

Payment Policy:
Full amount has to be transferred to our bank account within two weeks from receiving the conformation from us, please send us a copy of the money transfer receipt by email to Golden Star Expo- emad@educationlibya.ly

Exhibitors must bear the bank transfer expenses so that the full amount will be paid into our account.

 

Deadline:
The deadline for Participation is (20th September, 2010).

 

Important Notes:
1- Minimum space for participation in the exhibition is 9
     square meters.
2-For any extra services you require in your stand, please
    make your order one month before the opening date,
    application is available in the participation page.
3- If you wish to build your own stand, you can refer to us for
     recommendation or assistants. If you will arrange your
     own stand please contact us to approve the design of the
     stand.
